I will be putting the livestock etc. from the Columbine reef up for auction this weekend/next week, but I have some of the pumps cleaned and ready to go:

If you are running both return pumps on that thing you can run that pulse wavemaker and alternate the return pumps. Would work real nice if you modified the returns to MJ900s or mj1200s, which is a common mod on those 130ds.

I am not familiar with the Red Sea Max, but the GenX pumps are rated for 1190gph, so likely too strong for a 30 gallon. Unless you want to let something surf . . .

Are the PCX 40's in good shape. Whats the run time on them? Hows impeller look?

They have both been used for multiple years, but I took them apart and cleaned them well--both impellers/housings look good. No issues.

I need a return pump rated for 900 GPH or more. I'll a pump that will push that much water if you got one.

Each GenX is rated for 1190 gph. They are work horses. I will also have a Blueline 70 available once the livestock is sold--it is bigger, and it is only 1.5 months old.

Put me down for one of the PCX-40's I run one for my basement sump, but would like to have a backup on hand. That's not something I like being without, or so say my fish and corals.
