Question about Angel fish

#1
So I have a Flameback Angel and I am concerned that he is potentially a coral eater. I watch him float over zoas and sps and just kind of nip. However, he does this over everything in the tank. I've noticed it causes my polyps to retract but it doesn't look like he is actually eating them. Is this a sign of a coral eater? or is this just normal Angel behavior that is not indicative of a problem Angel

My coral beauty exhibits that behavior. Of course the best zoas I had to date (darth mauls) got disappeared. She is definitely my prime suspect. I also had some eagle eyes that I fragged and those disappeared as well. I'm chalking it up to the size of those frags. They were really small so I think that's why they became food. The rest of the corals are fine and she doesn't mess with them. I think she'll go in the FOWLR when its up. I was ****ed about the darth mauls. Got them from Reefkoi during the live sale only to have them eaten within two days. SUCK

My cherub pigmy angle was nipping mine i lost several small frags to him. In the end I couldnt catch him so i had to tear the tank down to get him out. Fast little buggers. I hope you can catch yours. To me even if i was unsure i would want it out for peace of mind. You have some really high end corals not sure id risk them to a fish. Although it is a cool fish! :)

I am tempted to take him out. My understanding however, is that when there is a problem angel they decimate polyps and everything is gone pretty quick. I'm not sure though that's why I'm asking you experts :)
