Tips for paired fish?

#1
So before I get a pair of clowns (still deciding which type) I wanted to know some info on breeder tanks or can I keep them in my main? I love the idea of having a pair that lays eggs and I would just like to know what I need or some helpful tips on breeding

I would also consider Breeders Guide to Marine Fishes by Matthew Wittenrich ( Amazon). He is probably one of the leading experts on the topic. he has been breeding marine fish for most of his life, and ran several programs at the University of Florida. Good stuff.

Another place you would want to look is on the Marine Breeding Initiative website, www.mbisite.org, there are tons of people who have bred clowns, and tons of journals to help you along the way!
