Vortech power cord

my vortech cord shorted out. Its the part of the cord from the wall to the a/c adapter? box thing? Does anyone know if you can buy one of these cords at like radio shack? Its $50bucks from ecotech and i dont need the box thing. It seems like ive seen computer power cords that look like this

anybody got any ideas or a cord laying around?

It's a standard power cord, I bought a spare for $15. I think from gamestop. Any major retailer should carry them though.

Yep, standard computer power cord. Go to Best Buy, maybe they'll have an extra they can give you.

Does the voltage matter? I noticed the original one said 250volts. The one I picked up says 125volts? Dont wanna short out the controller.

Don't think it matters, the difference is probably the different gauges. Ideally, you'd want the lowest gauge you can find.

check with your Computer support team at where you work. They should have plenty laying around.

FYI The gauge dosnt matter as long as it meets the amperage requirements. Not even the MP60 pulls enough amps for it to make a difference which cord you go with for the power adapter. Any PC power supply cord will work.

Mine shorted out also a while back. Think I stole one from an old PC.
