Water flow

#1
I'm looking at setting up a living room 10g nano (wifes restrictions since we will be moving in 3 years) And am looking at getting a wp10. It will be a zoa tank and as Andrew has said that would be 500gph at 50%. With the filter(s)/refug mod I am making I expect to have the 500gph from the wp-10 + 150gph. Is 650 gph going to shoot water out of my tank, LOL?

Most importantly water flow recommendations for coral have sweet non-descriptive values like, low, moderate and high and I cant find a numerical value. Could someone please break it down for me, say what moderate water flow is, and what is best for a moderate intermittent coral like a zoa, please?

Thanks!
