So I added the live sand and the water last night and the salinity tested 1.026 with a refracts meter how long do I wait to add all the live rock that I have on the containers

As soon as the water is up to temp you can add the rock.

if you kept the rock at temp while it was in containers, then it should be fine.

you should be good, then. might see a small cycle, so keep testing and doing normal water changes.

Just tested the whater I aded the rock this morning bought 200lbs of live sand and put it last night and the results salinity 1.025 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 ammonia 0
