40 breeder with basic stand

I have a 40 breeder with a basic 2x4 stand. Stand is 36" tall I believe. Tank is going to need a thorough cleaning. This was my QT and I lost about 7 fish in it. Not sure what was going on, but it might have been some cleaning agent on the tank from the factory. I have a HOB, light diffuser top and some PVC as well. Package for $60. If I clean it the price might go up a bit, or I might just keep it.
