Hey all!
I am getting back into Reefing after a 7 year hiatus, and just picked up up Matt's 40 breeder setup. :)
Thanks Matt!

And NOW I am discovering all the things I DONT have...hehe.

I am hoping that someone out there has extras of the following that I might pick up at a good price. Want to buy here before I go to BRS...

I need:

1) A refractometer
2) Reef Salt
3) Test Kits
4) A small RODI unit

I am Northern Co and have cash. :)

Feels great to be back into it...the house feels different with a big brick of water in it again...like coming home...

Also...if anyone has any recommendations as to a local supplier of live rock I would love to hear it. Don't mind if it's uncured or infested...I love hitchhikers of all types. :)

Look through the sale threads. Lots of rock for sale right now. Also, ShelbyJK500 has an RO/DI unit for sale for around $100 I believe. That should get you started. For salt, go to Aquatic Art from 11-6 this coming Saturday and pick up a box of Kent. $45 and it's 200 gallons worth. For test kits, also check out what Aquatic Art has.

Is Aquatic Art in Highlands Ranch?

Can't wait to take pics myself...this tank is just an itch-scratcher to keep me from selling the farm to fast-track my new dream build--a 135gallon triangular corner unit...but man...I have been jonesin' for some reef, bad! (hehe...god I slay me)
...AND I figured I should try and catch up on seven years of new info before I start spending money on big things.

Thanks for all the input you guys! :)

Wow...I would be interested in seeing a 300 corner tank...don't think I could buy it, but sure would be educational to see it. Do you have a link to it?
