I'm selling an older Baytech 1/4 horse chiller. It has been tested and works well (cooled a 5 gallon bucket of water 3 degrees in a few minutes). I got it used about 8 years ago for my 180g and ran it briefly until I tore the tank down and its sat since. It has an LCD temp readout that appears to be accurate, however I'm not sure that the internal controller is working. I'm hoping to test it further this evening, but not sure if I'll wind up with time. If it isn't this would work great with an external controller or Reefkeeper, Aquacontroller, etc. Please feel free to post up or PM with any questions.

Sorry, was gone all weekend. I played with it some more last week. The internal controller does not appear to be working, but the chiller itself works beautifully. I had it wired up with my Ranco temp controller running for a couple of days outside on a 5 gallon bucket and it did fine. It isn't terribly quiet, but it cools well. I'd sell the temp controller with it if there wasn't a chance I'd need it for the kegerator I'm contemplating. If $300 seems steep, I'm open to offers.

Bump, back from the dead. $200. You know you want this before summer comes. I'd consider trades or partial trades for frags, Apex Aquacontroller modules, an in-sump skimmer appropriate for a 42 gallon tank, welding supplies (especially an inert gas regulator or flowmeter), argon tank, or '66-'77 Bronco parts.

If I'm remembering correctly, I think I've got 6x7" vertically, with some room under a light bracket for a medium sized pump in addition. I'd probably have to assemble it in the sump. I'll re-measure when I get home.

OK, so my memory sucks. The area I have open is actually 7"x8", with a little room off to one side that could potentially help make space for a pump.
